Could you imagine reviewing them.
They take up space, say the same thing over and over. They tell us to do more check in questions, use the studies, set up shop before the doctor approaches, take the call to the exam room rather than the sample area. How incredibly genius.
They agree with you to your face, act sympathetic and then destroy you behind your back or in your PMT.

What do they do on Fridays ? Are they working past 10 ? Doing what ?

What's with the BS that they can't give out ratings hire than a 2.9? Who started that?


When is the last time your DM initiated a lunch or dinner by themselves, followed through on the event , and made progress with your doc's.

They need to share in the pain we are dealing with, instead of always pointing the finger, or blaming the Regional for coming down on them.

Challenge to Regionals and Nationals >> ask the DM's the top 15 doctors within the district, which drug they prescibe, and what relationship they have with them. You will all be surprised.

Help ! This is a cry for Help !
 




My DM tore me apart, on all the things I didn't do.

I asked, why don't you take the initiative and step in and redirect the call, if it's so bad.

Not my job, it's yours. My job is to analyze you.

A-hole doesn't get the bigger picture.
 








The biggest and most potential office in my territory that never goes out, gave me a date 2 months in advance, to go out for a product discussion and dinner. Awesome opportunity.
I had to attend a wedding that I was in, I couldn't do it, and my counterpart was out of the territory for a bit.

My DM said NO, not comforable without me attending, please reschedule.
 




My DM is on a power trip. We meet at 7:15 am and have to be in the first office by 8:30
no matter what.
We eat lunch around 1:30 where he so desires, and we must make 3 stops after lunch.

These are the rules and I need to abide by them.

Where can I buy him a clue?

Dear Doubtful,

Wake the hell up. It's not my manager, but the one I have is a joke. He's too young to be as stupid as he is. His lack of knowledge with computer, technology, impact, repoting, social skills, and the list goes on and on, is frightening. He has rep's within our district run his reports, do charts, and farms out analytical assignments that should be his.

So doubtful, go back in your cubicle in Fort Worth and reply to another post.

My DM gets a 3.99 for being able to check boxes so well. He's the best.
He has taught me how to close and pound the pavement extra hard. I love him.

He has taught me the same two actions for 3 years. I think it will continue another three.

He's the bestest ever.
 




It's all about the check in question. Oh yeah !
My District Manager has been saying the same thing for two years even when you do the check in. He pays no attention to what goes on during the call, he just wants to end the day and get home.
 












OMG

They are so smart. They went away and have new reports. They want more A4 coverage even if the physician doesn't want to see you. Let's treat every territory the same even when some have 300 doctors and others 160.
WOW , let's target the generics, that's new and innovative. Oh yeah, we don't have the coverage they do, like on Medicare, Medicaid, and cost alot alot alot more.

Oh, we are in a bad economy, and most people would rather spend 0 then 35 and give that drug a shot. Are you kidding me? NO

Just some common sense banter that a college graduate 3.4 GPA has to listen too, and can't believe these people get promotions.

Please promote all DM's to marketing in Texas.

Maybe , just maybe, it is the managers, manager that needs a .33 . Can't they see what time a manager flys in & out of a territory? Days every week NOT spent with a rep?

Some managers would be fired if they were on IMPACT's time stamp system. Management @ Galderma is struggling & the National sales managers are focused on all the wrong things.
