Hah, the little dude out west is still there??? What a fricken joke that guy is. How many times in a given day does that douche say "protocols." He was the worst when I took him into accounts. Most the time he didn't know what he was talking about, and the other times he didn't know when to shut the hell up, angering customers. he was oblivious to a customers body language is and would just keep blabbing to hear his own voice. Stan is a major boner. Get a life dude!

If your colleagues at AIT are so worthless and lack skills then why would AIT management continue to employ them? What does that say about AIT if they employ people who can't get jobs elsewhere (as you claim)?

Well, its simple really. they keep these crappy people around in order to make themselves look better. They are afraid their superiors might realize they are stupid if they make a good hire, or keep a good rep. It is like this all the way up the chain to the top.
