Ouch! Seriously? That sucks! Why would anyone stick around and be treated like that?

Re: Let's Play "hate to be negative, and yet it is so"

1-$5,000 decline in bonus
2--$4,200 decline in car reimbursement
3--$2,400 reduction in phone, internet expense
4--google miles required to be reimbursed for your measley 10cents/mile.
5-The fact that there is disregard for the sales team. make up a contest and the drop it! invent a promotion...and drop it. no incentive, no upward mobility.
6-Cant get in network with a major player in 3 years. Cigna, Aetna, United, etc...
7-Billing can't do an OON bill for $125, the just send the patient the whole bill for $860 and let someone else deal with the aftereffect. Mad patient call doctor, mad doctor calls ait rep, and we either lose business, lose reputation or lose PATIENCE for being put in this situation.
8-making more difficult to get collection cups 80% RULE. NO CUPS=NO SPECIMENS dunh!
9-letting Google maps underestimate you mileage because you may not drive like a GPS unit.
10-asking a bunch of blue collar workers to fund the $70 million payback fund, when this deal should be renegotiated BIG TIME, or find a loop hole to get out of it entirely.

anybody disagree?

Well thought out and unfortunately all very true!

Name me the top five things you like about working at AIT.

1. New corporate phone that is watched and monitored
2. My quota for April...
3. My commission payout for Dec, Jan, Feb, and especially March
4. Getting my ass chewed before finding out the facts
5. BOB & his new Blow-Hard, ass-kissin, side kick - LaNeave

Have you ever considered that you deserve it? You obviously don't like it here so just quit. Oh, you can't because you are worthless piece of shit that wouldn't be able to find a job.

If your colleagues at AIT are so worthless and lack skills then why would AIT management continue to employ them? What does that say about AIT if they employ people who can't get jobs elsewhere (as you claim)?

So your point is that AIT hires and retains "worthless piece of shit" people that would otherwise be unemployable? Sounds like you're in good company. It also sounds like your "leadership" team is completely inept, since this is the kind of "talent" they attract and retain.

I actually have another job but figured I would just keep collecting the AIT paycheck. It helps pay for my new car. I figured why quit when management doesn't have a clue what its employees are doing anyway.

This is a good example of how employees are part of the company's failures. You're working another job and blowing off your resposibilites at this one and still cashing the check.

This company's problems started a long time ago. I love cashing my AIT paycheck every two weeks. I consider it back pay for all the reductions in salary, car allowance, bonus, gym membership, cell phone, and raises that AIT has screwed every employee out of. I am just trying to even things up. Quit your complaining and get back to selling or testing urine you soon to be unemployed loser.
