This was not Elyse. It’s the bs the three stooges serve every sales rep at Avion. This will be a year where turnover at Avion is at its highest, even with coronavirus. At least they are getting smarter with the hiring decisions. Hiring older reps now that have nowhere else to go and that they no can’t leave, instead of the money hungry young reps that leave for 2-3 times more money.

You are right. If we look at this week alone, forcing us to make 50 calls a day instead of the 30 is not bs? How is it not bs to force those of us that cannot get into the field because of mandates put in place and office restrictions to do almost double the daily calls compared to what we have been doing for 8 weeks now????? BS. Of course Florida, Texas, Tennessee don’t get punished. Happy for them that they get to be out but it is not right to make everyone do more because of things out of our control. How about we look at something else from this week.......finding out the ICP for the quarter in the middle of the quarter. BS. If you don’t see the bs going on, you need to open your eyes.

All of the bad mouthing on Jess is obviously someone upset they lost another great one. Jess G is one of the sweetest at this company and will do great at her new gig. Congratulations Jess G! So happy for you girl!

jess g never did anything good here. Many of us couldn’t figure out why she was here so long. Also if you don’t like making phone calls to keep your job, just quit and resign.
