I've been with inventiv/ventiv nearly 10 years. Started out at 43K/yr. Now at 56K with 2 years with no raise. Let's not even talk about the bonuses...practically non-existent even after being on 3 contracts with my teams making it to their President's Club.

Wait when your contract ends and MAYBE get the call for a new contract...Then have recruiter tell you there is a slight salary adjustment (downwards)..yeah that has happened before.

I'm going on 2 years with an easy gig, base of 85K and bonuses of 30-35K year. I don't see what the problem is.

No contract pays 85. The max I've ever seen is 67.5 and usually the max is 65. Inventiv was 62 when i was offered a job-CSO--16 years experience. 85 NO WAY
