Doctors slam door in your face. There are European car sales people in large metro areas making 300k a year where pharmaceutical representatives receive no stock options, 3% raise, then fired. Car sales people build relationships overtime with their customers and customers renew leases with brand loyalty. Pharmaceuticals can build relationships over years that become completely useless with territory change or disease change. For example, will your years building relationships in Cardiology help you selling your newly assigned oncology medicine? Pharma rep is fired with no acquired skills where car sales people can work into their 70s ,part time, selling cars for extra spending money. Get out of pharmaceuticals while you can!!!
