Let the micro-management begin

That's garbage advice. I've been in this industry a while and if you have too you know these managers never give a straight answer. It's the facade of optimism that kills the rep bc they want to believe it. Trust your gut. If they want you out you will start to see the handwriting on the wall. When you see it you have 3-6 months to get out before the RBM kicks you out. Always remember it's a popularity contest with managers. Good numbers will not save you bc nobody grows every quarter but it will stall the inevitable.

You must be right. In fact, since you've been in this industry for a while..everyone should just listen to you and your opinion. After all, you're convinced you are right, so everyone should just agree with you. Glad that is working out for you. I wish I had your experience so I could understand other people's problems so well.

I never said I was right or wrong. I just told the OP to trust their gut. I have no idea if the manager wants them out but telling them to be careful and sharing what I've seen isn't wrong. Are you the RBM in question? Lol

this company appears to be in it for the long-run-first quarter across-the-board bonuses, big Italy trip for top 10% of reps and continual show of commitment to sales force and product success

Did anyone else get the email about making a daily tracker to keep up with the weekly tracker that is to keep the monthly tracker updated??? Or is the dailey tracker just for the weekly/monthly tracker and for the end of week action items, the bi-weekly webex training and the end of week confrence call?
Anyway, has anyone made a spread sheet to keep up with logins and passwords?
Just me??? Idk?

This is what happens when RBM's are nervous. It's like bad habits coming out of a bored and unattended dog

Wow! I guess it is kinda like you say. Some bad practices never die...they just grow silently when a drug produces market results. When a drug doesn't , the sane bad management practices come squirting out.
