Objectively: with the epic failures the past 18 months, and with the inability to meet goals, how is it that the leadership team is still employed ? One just has to have that question answered.

Leadership is shit! Look at turnover at this place...65% on Ilumya. Territories on 3rd-4th Rep?? WTF! Derm groups can't even have NSM together because of all the hate, how embarrassing. My question is the "leaders" that have left that were instrumental in the epic failure of Ilumya did they get extra payoff to keep quiet on all the shit that goes on in Princeton, with the NSDs, RSMs, etc.? Most of the RSMs are walking HR violators! Legal gone, HR people resigned, WTF!!

It's a 24/7 shit show. Nothing surprises anyone that's left on Ilumya anymore. We are all use to never ending stench of despair and disgust combined with the rampant racism, sexism, and flagrant criminal activity that goes on everyday by the so-called leaders. At these RSM meetings (excuse to mooch off company dime and say they are coming up with strategies, joke!) they need to go experience day in the life of being in a prison cell block or sweating it out in a court room when they get sued.
