Let the Ilumya Resignations Begin

Sun get ready as resignations will be coming in over next few weeks. It’s a shame how organization not only F’d up Ilumya launch to make it one of worst in pharma but also F’ing LIED to so many that joined Sun. It ultimately was people’s decision to join but lies told were epic. My loyalty is gone. I don’t give a shit what happens to this place, the drug, nothing. Good luck selling this drug with yet another TM. Wake up f***ers!

The answer to this thread comes down to this:
1. You couldn’t get a better company than Sun to hire you.
2. I will agree about the lies, FL and ST were complete jerks in the way they lied to get people to come then they dumped and bailed
3. Sun cannot attract real good talent. Word is out that it’s the sh*t show
4. And now you can’t get out:
you weren’t really that good to start with, and now there’s competition on the street and you can’t compete for the job you want.
5. You have an indelible stain on your resume.
6. Business sucks and everything about the company sucks.
7. Product recalls, FDA citations, insider trading charges

could it be any worse ?

Good luck explaining to your potential interviewers how you failed at Sun and now you want to bring your failure to their companies. And that is even if the failure isn't your fault.

A lot of people came here because they believed FL/ST saying be part of something from ground up, make a real difference, all that bs PLUS higher base salary than average. People believed they were making good move for themselves and financially for their families. Can’t blame people. I left Ilumya few months ago and I think there are great people at Sun and pissed me off when I was there and after I left that people make disparaging remarks that they aren’t good enough, talented, etc. So much more goes on at Sun than people know. I was lucky to go back to former company. You can’t blame field sales for the disaster home office and powers that be caused and continue to mess up. Recruiters I did talk to told me and others people that they all know it’s Sun’s leadership and not reps. People I’ve encountered want to help Sun’s TMs. I wish everyone good luck.

It sucks this place is such a frigging shit show. NSDs and JN are planning to micro-manage the hell out of field sales in 2020. TMs are doing their job but why doesn't anyone watch the FRMs or MSLs? Seriously what the hell do they do, especially the FRMs. Some deliberately have tanked districts known fact and not a damn thing is done.That should be priority. Do these "leaders" not have a clue? Discussing contests for new hires, how original! Instead of those "innovative" ideas you all brainstorm at these bullshit RSM meetings please do a day of HR training especially harassing TMs. My lawyer laughs at how obvious their attempts are to set people up. Take your bullshit PIPs and go fu*k yourself!

you can make a pip last two years plus at sun. For sure you can make it out before they terminate you. I plan on getting a lawyer to get my RSM fired. They will not fire you on sales numbers I guarantee it. Sun always makes the wrong moves.
