Because they are complete morons. The last 3 were the worst ever. No leadership experience for any of them. The PA one is pure comedy.

No one respects her as a manager, and she should have never been promoted in the first place after being a rep for a short period of time.
I hear the other leader in FL is good. That team is all new and climbing the ranks.
Haha you couldn’t pay me to be a manager at this shit show. With all the periodic issues that come down the pike (quite frequently I may add), do you want to be the one to bear the brunt of all the mishandled BS to your team?? YOU are the one that has to dissimilate that out, and do your best with the pile of crap you've been given. THEN tell all your people your pathetic positive spin you’ve come up with. “Now let’s calm down.” Says the Pollyanna in over her head. They have no clue how about to manage teams but they will quickly find out. Power grabs don’t always go well, esp at this place. You are all so obvious and we see you. Respect is going to be hard to find among that group.
