Role playing at meetings is SO helpful. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't know how to
start a conversation with my docs.
So call plans, role plays, ride alongs, dinner programs, etc -- all bullshit. Everyone
knows it but they are taken very seriously. Is management really that stupid or
just playing along like the rest of us?
Your management is living in a house that someone else built. I doubt the current leadership could build so much as an outhouse.
