The reason Quest sucks so bad is that the place is a toxic dump. I have never seen an organization so distrustful of its people and then wonder why its turnover is so high.

Maybe make your people feel a little special and you'll get results. Until then this place will suck the life out of you.

After all, the sole purpose of the company is to take care of you and your needs. It’s our job to make sure that you feel good about yourself at all times. I sure they’ll be too busy assembling impossible whoppers and up selling hot apple pies to think about it. In their spare time, they can join their new co-workers in the “fight for $15”, at least until they completely price themselves out of that market as well. Let’s face it, who doesn’t prefer to place their own order at the touch pad screen. And trust me, our clients absolutely don’t care about the Quest drivers.
