No shit! What’s wrong with the many Neurology managers as if they just have done primary care sales!! Losers all over the place! this is just sad seeing what professionals write. If you’re not happy move on and find somewhere you find worthy. Talk about bad energy. Just can’t walk away from that 160k plus base salary, comp plan, car allowance, 401k and sign on bonus. Is what you do really worth that amount of money? And all you can do is complain and make awful accusations about people on a public platform. Really sad people. Take a look in the mirror y’all!

How about the Pacira Siamese twins. Right. We both were dumped by same dumpster-fire company. Right. One for malfeasance, the other jumped before the ax. Her team hated her and she was afraid of them. One tried to punch her out. BTW, that was her first hire as a manager.

Don't blame the above poster - it isn't their fault. The Big Pharma people who run this company expanded every team here - and now we sit with little to do. I'm thinking most people here are NOT okay with that but we are trapped by comp. Being lazy here isn't a choice it's a byproduct of over-staffing.
