Is it legal for a clinic to purchase medical device injections overseas at a discount and use them in the US then bill for Medicare reimbursement?
is it legal for there to be a distributer who gets these syringes from the manufacturer overseas but brings them to the United States, then sells to clinics out of the US at a steep discount and then the clinic submits to Medicare for reimbursement?
