The drug is very profitable especially now since we have lost the free month. They didnt pay giant rebates either hence the below average coverage. The drug breaks 400 million 2 years out while being disadvantaged on Medicare. It makes a ton of money. As we increase our units per vial on top of growing in share of the market dollars will increase more. You may not like selling the drug for whatever reason but the drug makes bank, and will make more.

Yeah as if ! Costs must be huge !

There are 22 open ophthalmics sales positions. That's just the ones the haven by beg filed yet, there's many more from the beginning of the year that have recently my beg filed. We Holy crap!

Not sure what you were trying to convey. About 100 reps have left. Takeda has listed 22 territories they will fill. There are still people leaving. Others will be displaced or offered other territories. Poor management hired about double the reps needed.

That's what I was trying to convey. Talk to text was not working. I was shocked that there are 22 OBU openings....that doesn't include the ones from end of the year that already got filled and are not posted anymore. It's like a revolving door

So sunshine - have you actually seen the ‘market share growth ‘ ? If so why don’t you post this - showing the X share over the last 2 years

Waaaay more than 22 openings. In fact, in the states surrounding mine more than 22 have left in less than 6 months. They are only FILLING 22. So many territories are being dissolved it’s astounding- but the right thing to do. Many others they are leaving vacant for now. I know of territories that have been sitting empty for a year. There are two in my region right now that have been empty for over 6 months (one a year) plus one that was already dissolved and two other people left this month. I know another is turning in notice this month. The phone team is calling on the accounts. I’m not sure why my manager doesn’t get his butt out there and make calls. There are regions with 1 rep. There are regions with 2 reps. Managers and KAMs have left too.
