Leaving OBU for Kala?

Just a bit of intel from my RD and ZD. If you are leaving for Kala and do not resign before your Kala start date, you will get resistance. They know the start date. Those who turn in two week notice now will be released, paid, and received prorated bonus. Your last day in the field will start when you resign. You will close out any samples and expense reports but essentially you will have 2 weeks vacation before starting your new job.

I heard the same. I think they are with holding pay if you try double dipping. Cant work full time for Kala and expect Shire to pay you to work for them. And, as my RD said burning bridges in eye care is never smart.
