Leaving Hospira

I was with Hospira for several years. As soon as we separated from the pump sales into "DDS." I started sending out my resume. I had never had trouble getting a job and always received calls from recruiters during my career. For some reason my experience with Hospira was hard to define and it took me the longest time to get out. Once I left I am back in the same position where I feel as though I will always have a job based on my performance. What is it about Hospira that make it difficult to get out? After reading the posts today it looks like I got out just in time. I wouldn't want to be there now. This isn't the same company it used to be and it looks like the employees are suffering for it instead of executives. Hope 2013 is better for everyone at Hospira.

Sorry to hear your car was broken into I just read about it
A Hospira Sales Rep told officers someone broke the passenger side window on his 2011 Prius vehicle and stole five penis pumps and parts, valued at $1,300, according to police reports. Damage to the window was placed at $200.

At the time of the report, the victim found no other items missing or no other damage to his vehicle. The case was marked inactive because there were no suspects or witness information available. The area is a heavy red light district

If your job is hard to define, that is reason enough to consider a career change. Also the best time to leave a company is when you are still happy. It is a lot better than if you are unhappy and felt trapped in a bad situation with no solution. I worked in a group that was dysfunctional. People did not give information willingly. It didn't bother me so much at first, but eventually I knew I had to get out. No other company before or since has been like that. Been happy ever since.

Knock on wood
