I agree that these two tools can be very helpful and highlight your strengths as a leader. I think that these tools are fun to take. However, if you don't read the details of the results for the key takeaways they are pointless. The value of these 360-degree tests is leveraging and applying the takeaways. Depending on the results, you may want to approach leadership differently. You don't have to know the theory behind the leadership style to be successful. You need to know how your strengths contribute to achieving your goals.
