They may be "licking their chops" but remember that most of these accounts left LabCorp to go with Spectrum/Solstas. They will at least give Quest a chance.

They left a big box lab to go to a regional lab. Of course they will give Quest a try... It's the easiest path, the path of least resistance. After all, their Solstas reps are staking their reputation and professional integrity on the promise that "absolutely nothing will change".

We'll see how loyal they are when they start seeing all the changes.
