This reminds me of an old joke.
On his first day, the new CEO opens his desk and finds a note with three sealed envelopes, marked 1, 2 and 3, left by his predecessor. The note says that, when confronted with his first failure, the CEO should open the first envelope, the second envelope for the second failure, and the third envelope on the third failure.
The first failure comes, the CEO opens the envelope, which reads "Blame predecessor."
Some time later, another failure. CEO opens second envelope, which reads "Announce reorganization."
Time goes by, and third failure arrives. CEO opens the third envelope, which reads "Prepare three envelopes."
Looks like LC just opened the second envelope.
