Training is full of recent U of W grads who haven't sold a day in their lives, and who knows what operations does. This place is a mediocre employee's paradise. The only reason to work here is if you're laid off and need a gig while you search for somewhere better, or if you're washed up and no one else will hire you. Reputation is garbage I'm embarrassed to say I spent a year here in 2021
Tom Boyd was a disaster. Guy completely gutted the ComOps team, ran off tons of talent away and left it with that roach. Way to go Tom, have fun at Illumina!
