Layoffs

Funny, your bragging about a product that's been out over ten years and only has about a 9% share of market before Zynrelef was approved. Wtf have you guys been doing over there.
The real reason is it's just a very expensive bupivicane. Pharmacy hates your guts
Now go F OFF

It’s called salesmanship. Selling fairy dust.
Selling despite zero help from my RD, AD, MSL, MA, Marketing, CCO, or CEO.
We bought Flexion & fired 110 reps. Maybe dump the losers you picked up from us and hire those fired Flexion reps.
Word in the street and s your IDN & field managers suck. So does your HR team.
Thanks Barry!

You appear to be quite angry, comments must have struck a nerve. I guess the truth hurts.

In all seriousness this company is doomed. Sales aren’t there, waited to long to dump r &d cost and reduce headcount. Financing terms will be too high and dilute and stock and get delisted

wish to be bought before Jan or bankruptcy is likely. Might be better than experal but product efficacy is not the conversation at this point.

How did Pacira gain market share? I can tell you. Spoke to Heron leadership before leaving Pacira, but they couldn't grasp even the simplest procedural or market insights.

Here's how:
1. Targeted the low hanging fruit; orthopedics. ow . Signed-up as many speakers for p-value dinner programs. The average honorarium ranged from $1500-$3000.
3. Paid physicians to be on Advisory Boards (same honorarium as speaking at dinner programs)
4. Had Medical Affairs sell, not firewall between MA and sales
5. Abused the grant process. Basically buying physician use and loyalty. They also were fined $3.5M when this was investigated
6. Supported every conceivable society, Grand Rounds, or Resident/Fellows White Paper programs.
7. Entertained on the golf course, chartered fishing, and dinners (with spouses)
8. Pacira also lost the lion's share of their early adopters by basically ignoring those who were the foundation of their growth while chasing new users.
9. Pacira's pharmacy strategy was to ignore them. This was stupid and created unnecessary conflict instead of nurturing partnership.

There you go. Always live in the gray.

X disgruntled Pacira employee now X disgruntled Heron employee who thinks they know everything but most likely doesn’t have a job at all. Bro, look in the mirror and you will see the problem. Move on, your petty behavior is pathetic and shows all how weak you truly are.

Aren't we all disgruntled current or past or soon to be former Heron/Pacira employees.
