You aren’t mistreated. You are a pain in the a** who wants to blame every negative aspect of your life on others and therefore treated that way. If you would actually take the advice and leave you’d realize that you would be just as unhappy at any other company. Focus more on what you do and less on what everyone else is “doing to you.”
