100% agree with this. SUPN is a great side hustle. Make 120k base plus cushy bonuses from my main job and 95k base from supn with smallish bonuses. I make more than my RD and probably ZD

I feel a “success story” coming on... So back to these layoffs that are pending. What are you all doing to prepare? Existing this profession completely? Or interviewing with any other companies? I agree with a previous posting about “who are we fooling.” We are pretty folks - well, most - dressed up in a business suit that bring NOTHING of value to a physician’s office. The Golden Handcuffs have kept us here. Hell, we have families, mortgages, bills... But we are some of the least respected “professionals” in the workforce. And to think you are still a “salesperson” after years in Pharma is a joke. Advice: Start to transition now.

That correction in life that you have magically avoided is coming. It's a mystery to me how such a low life as yourself was hired for management here at Supernus. You likely worked as a rep for 2 years and then applied for an RD role that no one else wanted. Since then you have been strutting your fat ass all around like its magical.

I know with you being in management you are use to uncle supernus always thinking for you. I know you are use to having your hand held on every thought and decision but with this one you are going to have to figure it out on your own.

Pretty sure the RDs, regardless of experience, are much happier than you appear to be.
not to pour salt in the wound, but they will also leave here at a higher level and you will still be making big decisions like Panera or PF Chang’s.

dude, we both know that RDs literally have no brains. They are brainwashed by corporate. And not to mention, they have the mental capacity of a 4 year old. Also, once an RD at this place, no one will ever hire you as a manager.
