LayOffs

If you work for Forest...take a look around. Are you still working with the same team members that you were just 2 years ago? Oh, you are not? Oh, so someone left or ironically got fired? Hmmmm I just wonder why people don't stick around!

they no stick around because they no sell so good.....look in the mirror.

As an outsider- why so many job postings on the Forest site? Several of which are new England including a DM role.

There are so many because New England access is terrible, forcing everyone to fake their calls. Plus the manager up there just sits in his car during ride days, which eventually bugs you during the end of the year reviews. How can you review someone when you haven't even seen them in action?

If upcoming layoffs are unavoidable, then why in the world is Forest hiring right now? It seems like there's a pretty big amount of people interviewing. Are they hiring simply to be able to turn around and lay people off? Or are they not really going to hire anyone?

The easy answer is new people cost less than the tenured. Seen this happen multiple times. I was with a company (not in pharma) who was hiring one day, laid off 15% of the sales force the next day, and then was hiring new folks the day after that.

I would not say they are hiring, they scam 20 something's to chase 8 signatures a day. It has got to be the most f@cked up sales model in the history of pharma. Plus the base is below poverty here in LA.
