It is likely they have all 20 of the traits......sociopaths....psychopaths ....really is does not matter, we are screwed.

The one that was not on that list which may be most applicable is

"Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them".

Honestly can't these guys see they are horrible people? You don't have to treat other badly to have a successful company, management with talent and respect for the staff go a long way to inspire other to excel. Sorry to say the contract business attracts only second/third tier losers as management.
