BRAVO DePuy! You made my decision to leave little 700 Orthopaedic Drive in Warsaw a wise one over 10 years ago during the dark and short tenured "leadership" of Tom Sullivan

Admittedly, Tom's tenure was short and his approach to "leadership" is at best unique. He was however far better than what followed in the form of Andrew Eckdahl. Eckdahl was nothing more than an overpaid division sales manager. He demonstrated no strategy, no vision and an alarming lack of common sense. He was disaster at Ethicon too.

He could drink a lot of Diet Coke… Had no clue how the business really works. Andrew knew but didn’t seem to care to put his neck on the line to make the right things happen.
