Probably outsourced to Wipro in India. Abbvie was working behind the scenes with Nancy Berce at Abbott who's the master of IT outsourcing. Luckily she is retiring at Abbott soon.

1. Nancy was fired for performance shortcomings
2. She completely destroyed Abbott IT by outsourcing to low quality H1B garbage - Divisions are in an uproar over this
3. The new Abbott CIO Mark is trying to reverse course on this
4. Abbvie should stay away from emulating any lousy ideas espoused by Nancy

She wasn’t fired. She retired from Abbott and took CIO position with Johnson Controls. She is indeed, the Queen of IT outsourcing to India though.
