My ASD said the first wave will be lead by the elimination of some managers that aren’t pulling their weight
This is accurate. Managers had reviews with Wil, Meg and the ASDs. Meg also told the ASDs that the RMs were basically interviewing for their jobs. This may not necessarily mean headcount cuts but more of an assessment of the current RM team. There are some that definitely need to go, along with an ASD. Not knowing your business, not understanding the needs on your team and micromanaging for no other reason than you don't know what to do means your time here is done. Changes in Michigan, Texas, Georgia and part of California should top the list.

Hey kids, your performance and how it's viewed and perceived should never be a surprise. You should know it, if you don't that's your fault so own it. That said, your high performing play makers won't get clipped from the roster because they play every play as if their backup will take their job. Tom Brady to this day, still feels that way. Ask yourself if you approached today with that same attitude. If the answer is no, you and your roster spot are always at risk to be separated. Everyone is replaceable always and there's a long list of capable players ready to take your playing time. Play fast and make plays.

I also heard the same as mentioned above, but I also was told that two IDN members are on the list. One is just a financial move since he/she/it does nothing to bring value to the team, and the other is just their collecting a check.

The revolving door continues, we just keep losing people. Our average tenure must be about three years, if that now. This is a function of poor leadership and lack of direction.

To your point, we lack the very courage in leadership we always talk about. But that's all it is, talk. This revolving door is a result of leadership undervaluing the salesforce.

Half of us in the West have our paper on the street. Every week a few more people resign
With the way the last couple of months have gone and knowing they're pulling earned commissions as "payback", the next few months will see lots of resignations. Meg has zero interest in helping us so we're on our own.

Do the managers know something that we do not know. They are sprinting out of here and not looking back. Two in the last several weeks and three more TBM’s. Our ship is sinking with the two mental midgets leading the show.
