Not really. Overall the future of this company or if it will even be a company going forward is not at all clear.

I can't see the new company wanting to pay the salaries that some SARS may have to sell those drugs.
They definitely are far along in the plan and already know who's taking it. Not buying that they're just still looking around.

My guess is whoever is buying Intra and Vy is taking them for the blue light special. That would not include a pricey sales force. At least this time the sales teams have a heads up versus being blind-sighted like those let go last year.

I am biased b/c I am one of the 100 ish (?) that got blind sighted last Feb. At least you all have notice. Start looking now.

Likely they do have an interested party, but used this announcement to try and get more/better offers net/net.....run don't walk to the exit. Severance will likely suck and it's unlikely you would want to work for New Co even if invited.

Have you not been following the news with AMAG? Heiden is a disgraced CEO who mismanaged & misaligned funding at AMAG obviously much to the shareholder’s disappointments.

He embarrassingly failed at launching an exceptional product (Intra) and fell short (due to PW?).

Let’s look at the timeline: Hire 137 reps. Hire a VP sales . Hire a National sales D.

This company has been a waste for all of our careers. We tried our best and top management failed us, particularly Heiden.

Those of us that had been down the Estrogen replacement road knew it was a risk and we took it. Lesson learned, sorry the whole WHC team had to pay. Particularly those that got laid off last year.
