It obvious CV will have a huge cut. We are way overstaffed. All my offices are closed. Can anyone tell me how severence works? BC if there is a list of reps to cut, I have a feeling I am at the top of the list. Need to plan
 








Thank gawd I got cut in December! Landed a much better role making twice as much with a pipeline. AZ is the worst company I've ever worked for. The way they sent the sales team back into the field w/ no vaccine to work 6 months before cutting 500 is appalling.

I was cut in December. You would get a lump sum. Make sure you don't have unused vacation days because they did not pay out. The only nice thing that surprised me is that they paid for six months of insurance premiums. I'll give credit where credit is due, but I am so glad to be out of that company.

Minimum 12 weeks with 2 years for every year plus a year. Managers get 3.

So, if you worked 10 years, they would add a year making it 11. Then x 2=22 weeks.
Max is 104 weeks.

Knew a manager a few years back got hit, got 70 something weeks. They were happy as a pig in slop.
 




Layoffs coming? Why would anyone think that? Things are just great. Well small details like more than 50% of doctors don't see reps and that number grows daily. Hospitals closed to reps. Medical schools teach the evils of pharma. Vast majority of calls are fake. Possible government programs designed to hurt pharma. All day lie practiced by a significant number of reps. Multiple reps calling on the same doctors. The list goes on and on. Just small details. No chance of layoffs. AZ never lays people off they love their sales force.

Boy you are a bundle of joy and happiness!!! Instead of such doom and gloom, why don’t you find a new occupation like a janitor or burger flipper and see how happy you have it. Be thankful for having a great job and your health jackwagon.

My friend, everything I wrote is true. You want to debate any one of my statements....bring it on. Now why should I find a new occupation. This job is cake. I love it. I won't go into why because everyone knows why. I'm just stating the truth...something I believe you can't handle. I'd stay here until I hit retirement age....if I could. However the handwriting is on the wall and you should see it too. I don't have to be a weatherman to know it's pouring outside. Your follow up comments????
