This company is the biggest scam. Im about to lose it with this company. The aura seemed all friendly when RL came on stage like everything is going to be "okay". Rob with all due respect our 3rd round of layoffs are coming this December. I cant calm down.

You are truly a dipshit. I'd bet money that you're someone who is never calm.....

Its been an awful 4 years with DSI. Ever since I started, it just kept getting worse. My DM said hang in there, it will get better, FALSE.

The amount of lies upper management has executed has shaped DSI like a pyramid scheme.

It has an unusually disproportionate payout structure, with an immense amount handed off to "top of the food chain exec's". The same execs' that RL works hand in hand with to restructure and scheme countless of hard working DSI sales reps commissions.

Our commission payout is like a joke for a specialty company. At the end of every quarter there is some surprise for why DSI doesn't have my commission according to my sales. It a straight out BLATANT LIE!!!.

Even the folks at ENRON did a better job at paying their reps, and they were CROOKS!!! (talk about ethics!)

This pyramid of a scheme won't go on for long. People are voluntarily leaving this dump for a reason.

If I have not convinced you to leave yet, just wait until they take away your company car and just leave you with a car reimbursement account. Its coming guys, don't say I didn't warn you.

And when it does come, I wont feel sorry for you.

Handing in my resignation Monday,

Sincerely,
Free man pharma

Bla bla, new drugs in 2017, bla bla!....

First, the drug has to be approved. If you have paid attention over the last several years there are no guarantees.
Then, you have to look at what those drugs are.... injectable iron....wow! Why would we suddenly turn that product around? Oh then there is hydrocodone/phenergan combination drug....WTF?! Do yourself a favor and go ask a pain specialist if they will EVER prescribe a drug where both products are generic and $4. Unless we sell it for $10 or less (not happening!) it will not sell, period! There is a reason why Movantik and Amitiza don't sell well. Formulary coverage!!!! These so-called new products will not fair any better, and why would an insurance company want to cover them?! Junk!

If you think these products are going to save your job, well, there is no hope for you.

Some really hard working people will be let go and those with a good reputation will be kept. A lot of variables will go into who stays and who goes. So don't get down if you are cut. Most likely it was a profit and loss based. Tenure will help if you have good #s.

Typical layoffs because of shit drugs.

Big Joe P is laffin his ass off a the 'new' DSI... he could still do a better job than KK, even from the rest home. Kiss your asses goodbye people... the good ship die-itchy stink-hole has hit the iceberg and the violins are playing.

All too true! I left this shit hole several years ago..thank God! I remember how in denial most of the DSI reps were/are. These idiots were totally delusional! They actually think if they do "a good job", that it matters, and they will be safe from layoffs! Watch them break their stupid necks to take any open job available ! Deplorables, they never learn!

The key words here are "never learn". And that's exactly what management wants. People who will ignore reality and act like there is a bright and prosperous future with DSI. I enjoyed my time there but was very happy to move onto a better position and opportunity. If you are career driven, I can't see any reason to stay there. The product line and pipeline are very weak. It's been acknowledged by analysts and Wall Street now for at least the past 2-3 years. The old timers are most likely holding out for a package in order to walk away with something to show for sticking around. Best of luck to everyone.

So true, I enjoyed working at Dsi as well, benicar was a winner! things kept going south, mistakes after mistakes. KK and RL have brought the worst kind of leadership to this company
