Layoffs Are Coming

We have a major issue at hand, 900 less reps means 900 less people feeding the office fat asses. What will they do? This is the only good thing to come out of this. You know the first thing those lards do when they arrive at work is sift through menus. Who they gonna call now? They are used to 3 squares per day from industry. I think all these fat asses should all write letters to our ceo demanding continued nourishment on behalf of mother. These obese biatches are going to weep when they see endless blank spaces on the monthly rep lunch sign up calendars.

I took a lunch in today and the staff ordered three portion entrees from Panda Express...my brother can't even eat that much food. Unbelievable. No wonder most are obese.

vaccine and oncology reps will be hit next year. They feel safe now but that secure feeling will fade quickly. Two day field rides, reach and frequency, constant “coaching”, higher sales expectations, and more heat coming next year.

Attended awards this week. New managed care crap rolled out for Belsomra/Januvia/Janumet (Dulera/Asmanex excluded). No numbers updates, no pipeline updates, more contract reps, no major updates in formulary wins with Belsomra. Entire event seemed very depressing. It's not rocket science to conclude layoffs are coming. Someone please tell us when.

Vaccines division will have layoffs first semester next year. The model is changing to be more cost effective. Territories will get larger with a greater focus on high value accounts. Company knows about access issues and is going to use other ways to get messaging out.

As a VCR, I realize we are poorly aligned and something needs to be done. But don't feel management is that nimble. please tell me more! Thank you.
