yes they did I’m making more than 35k but the cap is going even lower in Q4. They are tightening the screws hard just wait and see. This is 2-3 quarters from being just like any other biotech job. No reason to get your ass kicked and morals questioned for 60-100k bonus selling Acthar which is where they are trying to cap us long term and that point there are better places to be and products to sell with data and studies and managers care coverage. After Q4 I’m looking hard to get out of here. The days of making 200+ in bonus are over. It was fun while it lasted.

what we do is bring millions of dollars into the company every year, many of us around $8-10 million a year. Making $200k in bonus isn’t unreasonable if that’s the case. Because reps are leaving in droves. No expansion, just back filling. The reps who are leaving are talented hard workers with solid rankings.
