Layoffs and expansion freeze?

Blessing in disguise, friend. This company isn’t going anywhere but to the stock yard.

You would have either been laid off soon or having to interview for your job again, if it actually ever sells. There was never meant to be any stability here. This company was founded with a for sale sign on the door.

I do hope you find something in its place. Good luck buddy.

Company is going somewhere…. To a new owner via M&A…..

Not true, know someone who just accepted an offer and it wasn’t for contract work
Too bad it will be short lived with the sale of the company to Abbvie. They layoff everyone and keep the products. You're all redundant. They have their own management and sales reps. Have fun signing up for unemployment!

Who knows but do they even need to do another wave when they are "laying off" people right under our noses constantly using lame excuses to let good people. Are they trying to get rid of all us original people one by one over course of time? Idk sneaky thing they are doing but somehow I suspect tied to manipulate the stock and continue to trick investors. Worst culture here and Worst company I ever worked for in my career.

Variable thinning of the herd is a basic rudiment to optimize eps and minimize SGA…. It’s a window dressing in advance of a sale to leverage premium offers for buyout.
