My recommendation is to falsify calls and buy gift cards for your best customers. That's the easiest way to get a severance package.
 
























If you think only the people who got a 1 are gone, you are on crack. I made 3/2 last year and got whacked in December.

You all should know by know, there is basically no rhyme or reason. Seniority? Nope. Salary? Nope. Live Out of Territory? Definitely Nope. Good luck!
 












Oh, but remember! Those 800 reps will have iPADS!!! The doctors will all be so impressed by the cutting edge technology we employ, they will be CALLING US to come in and show it to them! The sales numbers will skyrocket because drs will assimilate our advanced selling techniques with our phenomenal line of products. We will all become rich beyond belief, making bonuses most only dream about. Just pray that you are one of the 800 'golden reps' that will be chosen to remain.....
 












New employee = $35,000
Large bonus with 'blockbuster' drug = Trust Me
New employee has all the skills needed = newly minted diploma in theatre (to go along with large breasts and beautiful smile)

Company savings = $70,000

Multiply by 2000 in the next 3 years = priceless (for stockholders)

There were jobs postings open last December. 1500 of us still got cut. What color is the sky in Novartisworld? I wouldn't worry unless the add is for your territory. Of course by then it may be too late!

It gets worst, we are 6 reps in our territory, my FLM rides with me every 2 weeks, them my MD, BRM and LTCKAM works with me also. I am overwhelmed with so many ride alongs and my doctors are starting to complain. Please back up, let us breath, let us work. If this continues I would be better off to let go!
