Just think how much Brent Saunders was laughing and smiling today and will again tomorrow and Wednesday...just b/c he makes millions and millions of dollars and will not be impacted negatively by anything that's about to happen. He actually is celebrated. Meanwhile a bunch of middle classers are stressed to the max and hate their lives and need to figure out how they and their families will survive this layoff. Keep smiling and enjoying your day Mr. Saunders!

Ummm yes I did. RD to DM to our entire team. We are in the field all day Wednesday. You do know that their are some entire sales forces completely unaffected by this right? SA's, Longterm care, hospital, cystic fibrosis, etc. Not everyone is a retail rep. How can you expect to keep your job and learn your customers when you don't even understand your own company.

On a scale of 0-100 "almost 90 percent" could be 81.

Then he would have said 80%. Almost 90% would represent above 85%, simple numbers. Remember elementary math? 87% of us are staying because this is a 13% headcount reduction, nothing has changed people! Quit reading into every little thing!
