Yes, here's the update. You know why it's quiet? Because this company is so screwed up and it sucks the life out of you. Layoffs? No layoffs. It's a game that these donkeys play. The new IC metric with Morphabond? F'n joke. If you weren't a high volume territory, you're screwed. It's kind of like justvtake your base salary and free car and be thankful. Trying to figure out why DSI does the things it does will make you lose your mind. The decisions that are made here never make sense. I think everyone is just over it. And I mean everyone. All departments. The whole company.

Bad Decisions:

•RL bangin' EE and then promoting her twice
•RL and EE "swimming" at the hotel pool in Arizona during the day, while the rest of the company was in meetings
•RL groping EE at the Savysa launch meeting in front of half the company at the hotel bar
•RL and KR knocking boots
•CL-108
•Mirogabalin
•Savaysa
•Morphabond
•Welchol soft chew
•Making CG a RD
•Making GN and EBD
•Annual layoffs, immediately followed by a hiring blitz
•Morphabond IC metric
•Eliminating Platinum Performance
•Making AR sell Morphabond; at one point the entire sales force had 1 script filled
•Making Morphabond the heaviest weighted product, when it generates the lest amount of revenue of all products for DSI
•Keeping the HO in NJ; high tax burden, high cost of living
•launching drugs without any managed care coverage, then wondering why they didn't sell well

Laughing his way to the bank; homes in LA, homes in Aspen, homes in Jersey has majority share in a lear g series. Call him what you want but you cant call him poor or stupid. This is playing out exactly as Japan and he want.
