The next new hire training class has been pushed to June. Hiring freeze + no training classes = layoffs.

50% would put the Warn Act in effect, requiring a 60 day notice. Therefore, you're timeframe doesn't line up. Should be announce in January and cut in March. Has to be done prior to March Injectafer meeting as well.

This company in the past has added Warn time to the severance.. but I am still leaning January announcement. Also once it's a announced it will either be a package offer like 2015, or it will announced the next week they won't want us around more then 2 weeks after the announcement to much risk to have lame duck employees

The first post nailed the timing 100%. At least 50% reductions this time for sure. The Welchol Gravy Train, finally ran out of steam. We're cooked! For a bunch DBags that portray themselves as "highly intelligent", they are so F'N predictable it is a joke. Their day will come.... just hope there is someone around other then Swint to witness the final act! Loose zipper boy will step across the line with the wrong gal. Walking Dead Lad will make one hollow promise too many. These morons are so far over their heads and they just keep digging. Pure insanity!

The Japanese try to pretend like loyalty and honor are valued, yet we have annual layoffs and US leadership that tramps around with impunity, doing nothing to bestow the admiration and trust of it’s sales people.

Treat us like human beings ( enough with this annual layoff bullshit, treat others as you would want to be treated ) and I think you would be shocked by the productivity increases you would see here

Bingo, just add the time to the package and everything is fine. Also, since plans are being worked on for the layoffs, DSI can't change termination package details. So what they have done in the past is what they will do now.

I've heard that Japan is thinking about dumping DSI-US and returning to the licensing model. This is a good idea and surely the numbers prove it.
