Reps will be cut upwards to 80%. Specialty reps will be disposed of all together. They are useless; just kiss up & fake calls better. Divisional managers hired within 3 years will all be let go. The remaining DM’s will be retained based on going through the interview process again. If you make the cut then you will be managing along with Actavis direct hires so you can’t pull the shit you’ve been doing at FRX. RD’s nothing solid yet but Actavis intends on cleaning house as they know Forest has potential but needs to clear out all the rats.

OP: We just got word that our RD at FRX and the 5 next closest RDs were all retained. Since the new Actavis will be 13 regions- each with 2 RDS...it would appear that all you actavis employees are going to be working for Forest Legacy RDS. sorry man

When did you write this 3 months ago? The only Actavis people being retained are sales reps, the management team is all prior Forest.

Good post my friend. This only goes to show that a rep must be planning his/her next career move NOW. Think about it, don't you want a raise NOW? Next time you get a call from a recruiter consider the alternative to waiting for the axe to fall.

Forest is the same company that has bragged it will never go through a layoff blah blah. It's a buyout which is worse and actually results in bigger layoffs. Wake up moron this is reality, not kim kardashian reality. Actavis is not going to panic everyone right now until they can transition & secure a new team. They need Forest managment until they are no longer useful. The retail reps will be around a little longer too as need they are needed to schedule lunches & do the robotic presentations. I read on a thread that Ventiv hired reps will go first, this is true. Get rid of the bottom feeders. Eventually a core of FRX will not exist.
