That 20B debt was double 3 years ago. My guess is you can't pay your credit card down that quickly.

This is a really stupid comment. Teva sold a mega ton of assets to cut that debt. There is nothing left to sell now champ! This place is broke. As far as a Q3 expansion, that is delusional.
