Long time rep, totally disagree. Had a lot of DM's who were good friends but ray just sit in the car and check their phone most of the time, add no value and screw up your week. Real winners don't need a DM. We know how to take care of business without a managers input. Their coaching is remedial dim witted analogies. But hey, lets hear it for diversity right!!

Wow how spot on! After about the third time being lied to in the big general session I started wondering if I was crazy or they were. We've lost so much talent in the last few years and there is a reason for that. If you are just trying to keep your head down and draw a paycheck you can probably do it for a while longer. But if you are looking for a career betta get that resume polished and start networking. This company has no future. Sad too cause it was great in the past. My manager is a no moral company kool aid zombie so I just keep giving him what he wants. Good luck all; good ones bug out!

Oh, so you must think the interview process is an effective way to determine if someone will be a good employee. Interviewing is a skill. The more you do it, the better you get. If you get 50% of your new hires right, you're doing pretty well. It's a flawed system and bad hires slip through. That's why a probation period should be in place.

Gormley should have been replaced after the first layoff. Makes you wonder why Japan keeps him leading this wreck. Now our third layoff and research just keeps rolling with no layoffs . A pharma first.
