Laying off a lot of female leaders

Salespeople are the least qualified and very dispensable of any, within an organization. The nature of the comments here from these people only corroborates what garbage many in that pool are.

I have worked for many companies before, but have never witnessed this level of extreme trashiness among sales folks. Exact Sciences definitely takes the cake in hiring a lot of trash. Sad.

Wait till you go to a national sales meeting the sales people look, dress and act like complete trash!

I do! I'm a pretty insecure middle-aged lady manager which why I dress like I'm going to the club when I'm making sales calls with my reps. Can't wait to get catcalled when I'm in Vegas!

Does medical sales really require a skill set? Or is it more about looking the part and acting the part? We are told where to go and what to say when we get there. I guess some business savvy is important to gain access. Just thinking out loud.
