The answer to that question is far to complicated for you to comprehend. This is one of the many reasons why you are the subordinate and we are your superiors. However, even though we owe you nothing, I will grant you something to consider. Without our accomplishments, wisdom and guidance in the last 5 years, who would have hired, trained and employed you? You think you are a professional, son? You couldn’t assemble a junior whopper without consulting a procedure manual and attending 3 motivational seminars first. We own the market, son. We determine the appropriate level of service to achieve the return that our investors require. Then we deliver, time and time again. Now follow our procedures, complete our reports and produce to the standards that were set for you, or you will be replaced. Your input on this subject is both unnecessary and unwelcome. Why do you worry about issues that are out of your control and are happening for reasons you will never understand? If there is any silver linings to the simple and uninformed existence that is your life, it’s that other, intellectually superior individuals, shoulder the burden and keep the wheels of progress turning.
