Lay Offs and Rollovers







I was in the meetings and this is what we were told. What is your source for much lower? If you go lower how can you keep the doors open?

Here is the thing...reps are looking to leave right now, they aren't waiting for this prolonged offer. Treat employees right and they will stay... that's clearly not the Iroko way. You won't have to let people go, they are already gone!

No one rolls over because the company is for sale to the highest bidder. Technology is great and could be a game changer for other potentially high dosing, high risk drugs.
 
























The plan: get rid of as many territories as possible to make company more profitable. People are expensive. Put lipstick on the more profitable pig and bring to market for sale. If can't sell right away, limp along and hope for the best. Awesome strategy.
 






















































Of the 30-40 reps to be cut, many of them will quit or not accept offers. Many people are interviewing and will get jobs. Many high performers will leave because their bonuses are being drastically cut because of the new comp plan. Also, some people will leave because these goals are overwhelmingly for some. Many will leave on their own leaving just a few to be cut.
