Launch minimum bonus

I don't know about you all but I don't see a way for us to make 3K at launch. Only way to keep the SF from leaving is to pay out minimum bonuses. We were promised the moon and we got Strattera 2.0 at best. Also, Rockville can keep the green egg and pay us cash. I didn't join this place to smoke meat, but most of you did.

anyone who knows the adhd market should have known this was an uphill battle. Just saying...

There is nothing normal about a NCE falling flat on its face. Do not try to normalize this failure.

100% accurate. This launch has been a MASSIVE failure. Clearly not the reps fault because we will bash our brains in for $6k and have shown that for many many years now. This is a systemic failure in Supernus leadership. We bring these drugs to market with literally ZERO market demand for the products. ZERO

Yeah because you are an expert on how many product launches?

what is happening here is not that unusual for every new drug launch these days given payer blocks, time to contract, loading in EMR systems, etc.

I’m sure they love you at the PTA meetings since you know so much more than everyone else.

This is a lie. Product launches are not like this. Launches are where reps make their money. And for the guy who put the idea of a minimum bonus, nice try but it ain’t going to happen. Supernus stole bonus money to make one quarter look good. They didn’t care that it decimated the their relationship with the field. They don’t care about you, but nice try.

Agree. This launch is a pathetic failure. And I love all these stories about the reps with a doctor converting 50 patients. Just stop lying to us!

If your message is “convert” then you’re missing where this product fits into the market and most likely turning your doctors off from the get go.

I agree, however, if they don't pay minimum bonus lots of people will leave. This is on them

I’m very familiar with what a successful product launch looks like. I had the privilege to witness Aimovig come to market. The launch of Qelbree is a joke.

Aren’t we suppose to be asking for conversion? I didn’t realize we had the adjunctive indication. You are really confusing me right now……..

If you are a rep or manager & you're not concerned about whats going on, then you are drinking the kool-aid worse than ever. This is week 3 and only a slight few, incredibly few, doctors are using Qelbree. Not great. Not even average. Just bad. How are we ok with this?
