CarWin Pharmaceuticals is a joke. They have otc products that are not on insurance. They do not provide a car, do not provide any pay! NO benefits, nothing. I can not believe this company has survived this long!

They offer a good base, medical/dental, generous car allowance, phone allowance, PTO (great flexibility). Also has good leadership with constructive feedback. What more could I ask for from a company? If you are complaining about working long hours with low commission, maybe you shouldn’t be in pharma sales.

company is as awful and scummy as it’s always been. New cuts won’t change this head of company and scumbag managers need to be fired for any genuine, good changes!

As soon as any of their products begin to grow, they find a way to not pay the sales force. They conveniently ask reps to stop promoting the product once traction is going for a few months or they force you to resign by making up bogus lies on a PIP/warning letter... or they make your goals 200-300% over baseline from last quarter so you are set up to not make any money, genius!!! Upper management is composed of the biggest kool-aid sipping buffoons I’ve ever met; constantly using fear and intimidation tactics to make the nation feel like they aren’t doing well to stress everyone out so they can just pocket all the profit and force reps out once a territory has been doing well for a while. Same sht show from Vertical.

Upper management doesn’t even follow their own employee handbook on multiple counts. Why is the vice presidents brother conveniently a district manager?

Class action lawsuit anyone?

Are you on the right thread pal? Whose brother is a DM?

This poster is from corporate. They love to try and act like reps on these sites. Any of the good reviews on Glassdoor are fake too. I can thank this company for getting my foot in the door, but this is the WILD west of the pharma world. Lots of sketchy things going on in this company, which lead to a lot of good reps quitting. It's sad when you realize your reputation in the industry is being compromised due to a crappy, unethical company. They do not look out for their employees. When overpriced, unnecessary products don't sell the district managers and reps are first to go. Minimal pay. Teachers make the same if not more than you. Don't even count on a decent bonus.

Their insurance is unaffordable if you are older than 30. Base is low, very low.

Yeah, Carwin treats their employees like shit. Maybe if they had actual realistic expectations and sold products with a market advantage, their turnover rate would slow down some. But I doubt it. Their heads are too far up their own ass. They'll get rid of ya right after they hire ya. Obviously don't know what they're doing, like most small pharma companies. Good luck keeping folks with those baby paychecks and disneyland vision.

Scott is brothers with Jay Cortese who is an executive. President I believe, but don’t quote me. Just took one product off the market and are developing two more. All they do is recycle products. The managers are verbally abusive, and one was recently fired for sexual harassment. They’re hemorrhaging money and lost their pharmacy. No one wants to work with them. 4-5 people quit in one week. The salary is a joke, no company card, reimbursement only once a month, will only pay for regular gas (great let me screw up my engine). Consistently told how bad you are doing, and worst of all they do not give weekly numbers. When interviewing I have nothing to show. One team has had no manager for a few months. I have no idea how this company makes money. Ruined my mental health completely.
