I was hired as a neuro representative and am now completely deflated with the lack of leadership here. There is a change in strategy every 2 months. We hear one thing and the next month it's another shift. There are very few people here that really care. We all know who they are. Everyone else is just painting a picture to the higher ups and not telling them the truth. It starts with leadership and I myself have chosen not to be here anymore. I am interviewing and should be out soon.
When the C suite does not hold the people responsible for blunders accountable we all have lost faith. TD needs to grow a pair. My DM cant stand him.
