LabCorp purchasing Caris Diagnostics

All, as a long time employee of Caris, I must say I am disappointed, disgusted, and disheartened at the lack of professionalism, company representation, and knowledge exhibited by these statements on this website. For many of you it is obvious that your verbal ability far exceeds your knowledge, and my only hope is that these unsubstantiated postings above are a tactic of a competitor or ex-employee attempting to smear Caris' well deserved achievements in both superior laboratory and diagnostic services.

First of all I worked for a Diagnostics company purchased by the Terriaki types.
The issue we had was all the competitors showed the press release that looked similar to the one about us.
"The Japanese market is saturated and we can not make any money, so we will buy an American Company"

Most of our customers were not as most of Caris' Customers will not be, happy that American HealthCare Dollars were and are making there way to Japan!!

Be prepared for a big loss of clients. This is a bad bad desicion, just so we can sell our worthless Target Now and non-functiong Carisome testing in Tokyo!!

Genoptix! I work for them and really enjoy the culture and also making a ton of money! Plus, you will be working directly with Novartis which is very exciting and clients see the synergistic value! That is my two cents!

BTW, Sucks to be Caris since most Americans only want the money to stay with in the U.S! Have fun with that one! I know I will!

You've posted this everywhere. Look it's as good a deal as we're going to get. Miraca being from Japan is a non-issue, Olympus is a Japanese company and dominates GI. I can't believe all the racial stuff being said. McMindless saying on the call "if you don't like sushi learn because you'll be eating a lot of it". What a dumb rube! Everyone should relax.

Everyone who said Labcorp was buying Caris can now at least shut up. I am glad Caris is sold, and i am excited for our new owners to lead us into a possible new direction! if you dont like it here.........Leave!
