Labcorp is killing us

Sad thing is that Sales is the ones held accountable. Leadership just points the finger back at us to upsell more. We are losing accounts at record pace. Our efforts are mostly on saving accounts in TBR. Don't even get us started on all the layoffs internally. Nothing gets done anymore in a timely manner. I've actually had doctors tell me it is time to leave this company.

Not true! We're so much better than LabCorp all the way around. I'm taking accounts from LabCorp left and right. LabCorp's service sucks per the Docs and they have weak SME's per the office managers. The Portal Beacon sucks too!

I think it started even earlier with JN and Tommy boy blowing up parts of the organization and sending some good people fleeing.

Certainly bringing in JB was a major mistake by Bob P.

Operations leadership also took big hit after Luce bailed.

i don't think LC is jacking their own employee's insurance premiums like QDx is. I have to share all of my lab info or else pay $500 more for insurance? What a scam! Thankfully my wife has good benefits, will be switching to hers!

Ive never worked for LabCorp. I've worked with them on a specialized diagnostic where I answered to managers from Quest. The amount of arrogance backed by minimal selling training/ability is simply amazing. The way they "sell" is by going after a person defaming character...where they could just simply focus on the merits of their product or service. It's unbelievably desperate the way they carry on about themselves. The
